It is our aim to bring you the very best in chocolates. If you like our chocolates please tell your friends – if you don’t please tell us!

We will always endeavour to despatch your order within 2 – 3 working days. If you require delivery sooner please phone us and we will do what we can to help. Please note we do not offer a same day delivery service.

Security & Privacy

When making payment you will be transferred automatically to Paypal secure pages and your payments processed through our secure site to process your payment transaction safely and securely. In accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations (2000) we will mail you details of your order and confirmation details of payment.

It is our policy not to sell or pass on any personal details. We will store and process any details you provide at the time of registering or purchasing to help support our service to you and from time to time we will provide you with details of our products and special offers.

Payment

All payments are processed by Paypal to ensure that you enjoy maximum security and peace of mind when making payment online.

All prices quoted are plus 15.00% VAT and carriage. Delivery to the home counties and most of the UK mainland is £8.00 plus VAT regardless of size of order.
There is an additional charge for some areas of Wales and Scotland – sorry but this charge is passed on to us by our carriers.
If this applies to your area we will contact you before processing your order.
IF WE ARE NOT DELIVERING TO A CLEARLY IDENTIFIABLE BUSINESS ADDRESS YOU MUST SUPPLY A LANDLINE CONTACT PHONE NUMBER. WE WILL NOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER AND DELIVER TO A HOME ADDRESS IF YOU ONLY SUPPLY A MOBILE PHONE NUMBER. THIS IS TO ENABLE US TO CARRY OUT SECURITY CHECKS FOR PAYMENT.

Payment will be processed at the time of preparing your order. The name and billing address given must be the same as the registered name and address of the cardholder. Failure to supply correct details may result in your order being delayed until you supply the correct details. In accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations (2000) we will mail you details of your order and confirmation details of payment. You will be mailed your order confirmation by Natalie Chocolates.

You may cancel your order at any time up until 1.00 pm on the requested day of dispatch. Should you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer services on 0845 2570645.

Delivery

Delivery is made by UK Mail.

We charge a flat rate fee of £8.00 plus VAT for delivery to England and most regions of Scotland and Wales.

If we are delivering to a business address or a third party address, delivery will be made to the address that you have selected. Natalie Chocolates shall be deemed to have delivered your order to the intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area or post room of that address.
There will be an additional charge for redelivery if you fail to provide us with the correct delivery address postcode. If you choose to cancel an order that has an incorrect delivery address postcode once it has been dispatched you will be charged a £25.00 cancellation fee. This is the amount charged to us by our carriers to return or redirect undelivered goods.

If you require delivery to an address other than that of the payment cardholders address please contact us with delivery address details.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to an address containing a P.O. Box Number.

A signature is required on delivery. Should there not be someone in to accept delivery during working hours a card will be left informing the recipient that they have tried to deliver. This will request that the recipient contacts their local UK Mail delivery depot to arrange collection or to re-deliver at a suitable date.

We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available or due to the recipient failing to contact their local delivery depot within 3 working days to arrange collection or re-delivery.

UK Delivery Area: United Kingdom includes Scotland, England, and Wales.
There is an additional delivery charge for Northern Scotland and the Islands.
We will be happy to obtain a quote from our carriers for your specific region.

If returning goods please obtain a proof of posting from your delivery service provider. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

Refunds

If you are in any way dissatisfied with our products or our service we will always do our best to ensure that we resolve the problem to your satisfaction. We comply with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations (2000). You may return any unopened non food items within seven working days from date of receiving it for a full refund. Please note that our chocolates are perishable goods and are therefore exempt from this Regulation.

If our goods arrive damaged or faulty in any way please contact us either by email or phone before returning the goods.

Chocolate Storage

Our chocolates should be stored cool and dry 13 – 18 degrees centigrade. They should be stored cool and dry. Do not store them in the fridge. Dampness or condensation will cause our chocolates to bloom ( the sugar in the surface of the chocolate crystallizes and causes a ‘blooming’ effect. This does not affect the taste but does not look nice. Good chocolate tastes best when fresh! We always recommend that you order little and often. The shelflife of some of our chocolates is as long as six months but only if they are stored in optimum conditions. Any questions please ask.
